The Wheel falls on Larry D. Bowden

Larry Darnell Bowden is 57 years old. He is 5'11",  165 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.

Authorities say Larry D. Bowden is a registered sex offender here in Florida and is required by law to maintain a current address. But during a routine address check by the Bay County Sheriffs Office, they discovered that Bowden never  listed his last known address.
