Quick Gingerbread Cupcakes
1 vanilla cake mix
1 spice cake mix
Follow instructions on back of both boxes.
2 tsp. ground ginger
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves
1/4 cup molasses
Add ingredients to cake mixes. Mix well. Line muffin tins with cupcake liners.
Use an standard sized ice cream scoop to scoop batter into liners.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
Cream Cheese Butter Cream Icing
Mix all ingredients until well blended. Use a piping bag or a small spatula to spread icing on cupcakes. Enjoy!
