These individuals have extensive experience in multiple workers’ compensation defense specialties. Adelson, Testan, Brundo & Jimenez wish to congratulate these seven outstanding attorneys on their most recent achievement.
ATB Law’s New Partners
Kira Ceballos of the Fresno office was awarded her Juris Doctor from San Joaquin College of Law in 2001, earning the designation of Best Oral Advocate, Semi-Finalist for her participation in moot court as well as a scholarship for Women Lawyer of the Year. She is a member of the San Joaquin College of Law Alumni Association and the Fresno County Women Lawyers Association.
Antoinette Mariani of the Long Beach office earned her Juris Doctor from Western State University College of Law in 2008. Ms. Mariani began her career in workers’ compensation law as a law clerk for the State Compensation Insurance Fund before joining Adelson, Testan, Brundo & Jimenez as an attorney.
Julio Martinez of the Long Beach office is a member of the Orange County Bar Association and the Hispanic Bar Association of Orange County. Mr. Martinez received his Juris Doctor from Pacific Coast University School of Law in 2007. Prior to joining Adelson, Testan, Brundo & Jimenez as a defense attorney, he represented workers in employment claims including workers’ compensation.
Katherine Ocampo of the Long Beach office graduated Western Sierra Law School with a Juris Doctor in 2005. While pursuing her J.D., Mrs. Ocampo interned as a Certified Legal Intern with the San Diego Public Defender’s Office. After graduation, Mrs. Ocampo worked as a Small Claims Legal Advisor with the Superior Court. She joined Adelson, Testan, Brundo & Jimenez as an associate attorney in April 2010.
Justin Callow of the Berkley Heights office was awarded his Juris Doctor by Quinnipiac University School of Law in Hamden, Connecticut in 2004, along with a Certification in Medication and Negotiation. Mr. Callow is experienced in many areas of the law, including Real Estate, Family Law, and Criminal Defense, as well as workers’ compensation. He was named a Rising Star in Workers’ Compensation in the 2012 New Jersey Super Lawyers Magazine.
Michael Misa of the Santa Ana office has broad experience in all facets of workers’ compensation defense litigation. He earned his Juris Doctor from University of San Diego School of Law in 2005. While pursuing his J.D., Mr. Misa worked as a law clerk in real estate and employment litigation, and served as a pro bono mediator for the San Diego Mediation Center.
Jamiyl Shabrami of the Santa Ana office received his Juris Doctor from University of San Diego School of Law in 2005. Following graduation, Mr. Shabrani worked for the Dallas, Texas Small Business Administration providing attorney authorization for loan disbursements from the Federal Government. He then returned to California to begin his career in workers’ compensation defense.
