Two investigations by the Walton County Sheriff's Office have resulted in four arrests for manufacture and trafficking of methamphetamine. In both cases, investigators allegedly
discovered "shake and bake" labs – one in a car and another in a house.
Charged in the first case are Stacey Nicole Scott, 29, and Corey Lee Raybon, 27. According to the WCSO, deputies approached the couple's parked vehicle in Santa Rosa Beach and
saw an active lab in plain view, then discovered a bottle containing meth and 14 grams of methamphetamine oil.
In the second case, Lora Sue Lillard, 41, and Troy Wayne Roberts, 38, were arrested after officers served a search warrant in DeFuniak Springs. Investigators allegedly discovered a meth lab, prescription drugs packaged for sale, meth oil and drug paraphernalia. The WCSO said a 16 year old juvenile was in the house at the time of the raid and the couple has also been charged with child neglect.
