Bonifay Man Killed When Truck Collides With Wild Boar - WMBB News 13 - The Panhandle's News Leader

A Bonifay man was killed Saturday night when his pickup truck collided with a wild boar on a Holmes County highway.

According to the Florida Highway Patrol, David Earl Bruner was southbound on County Road 181 in his 1993 Toyota at the time of the crash.  After hitting the boar, Bruner's truck veered onto the shoulder of the road and then collided with two trees, the FHP said.

Bruner, 60, was pronounced dead at the scene by Holmes County EMS.
