The worlds largest girl-led business is getting prepared for their busiest time of year.
"I haven't taken money yet," said Caitlin Holmes. "But, I will next week when the cookies come in."
Girl Scouts of the Florida Panhandle are holding their annual Cookie Rally.
"It's not just about selling cookies," said Tami Valdez. "These are skills that the girls will always use."
Valdez has been a part of the Girl Scouts for two years. She says it's not just about making change, but creating it.
"All of our girls will set goals and decide what they want to do with their money," said Valdez. "They will earn that money, they'll reach those goals, you'll see them in the community, and they'll make a difference."
Girls are learning five skills to get them ready for cookie season; goal setting, decision making, money management, people skills and business ethics. And afterwards -- just for fun -- girls paint their nails the color of their favorite cookie boxes.
"Green for thin mints!" said one girl.
Cookie sales are going on now through March 17th.
