Feb. 5 is National Weather Person's Day. To celebrate our senior meteorologist, Jerry Tabatt, Blue Bell operations manager Robert Outz stopped by News 13 This Morning to present him with his favorite Blue Bell flavors. Outz also gave ice cream to our morning and News 13 Midday anchor, Jessica Foster, who's also a meteorologist.
