The Bay County Sheriff's Office Criminal Investigations Division is investigating the fraudulent use of a credit card.
Investigators have learned that a black female used the victim's credit card to conduct two transactions on Thursday, February 7, 2013 at approximately 7:00 PM at an automated teller machine inside a local convenience store. The woman is described as being between 5'6" and 5'10", heavy build with short black hair and was last seen wearing black pants, black shoes and a gray t-shirt with the words "HOOD LOVE" on the front.
