Free Pancakes, Rides And A Message For PCB Spring Breakers

Posted: Updated:

Students in Panama City Beach for Spring Break 2013 have to eat, too... and one organization is making sure their days start with a full stomach.  LifeWay Christian Resources is offering free pancake breakfasts – and free van rides – through March 15.

Rock'It Lanes is the place for hotcakes and more than 2,000 students have already passed through the serving line in the first two days.  LifeWay has also provided nearly 1,700 van rides when beach parties ended.

The group uses non-threatening setting to send a Christian message.  "People are just down here to meet people, hang out, have a good time," said Bill Noe, Beach Reach coordinator.  "A lot of them really love talking to us and sharing what they think is most important to them, so we really enjoy just getting to have real conversations with people."

Breakfast is served Monday - Thursday from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m.  Van rides are available Sunday - Thursday from 9 p.m. – 2 a.m.
