Gulf County Meth Arrest

On March 7, 2013, Gulf County Sheriff's Office Investigators conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle driven by Jeffrey Ryan Marshall, 28, of Wewahitchka. 

Marshall, who was wanted by the Gulf County Sheriff's Office, was arrested on an active felony warrant for grand theft. 

A search of the vehicle revealed Marshall was in possession of methamphetamine, possession of listed chemicals, possession of prescription medication without a prescription, and possession of drug paraphernalia.  

Marshall was transported to the Gulf County Detention Facility where he was booked in on the felony arrest warrant and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of methamphetamine with intent to distribute, possession of listed chemicals, possession of prescription medication without a prescription (two counts), possession of drug paraphernalia, and driving while license suspended or revoked. 

Marshall is being held on a $34,500 bond for the drug offenses, held without bond on the warrant for grand theft, and a $1000 bond for driving while license suspended or revoked.
