Taunton Family Children's Home provides a place to live for children who have nowhere else to go. Their Taunton Family Festival is a way to invite the community to learn more about how they help the children who come to them in need.
David Taunton, founder the children's home, and Diana Taunton, a former child in the home, stopped by News 13 This Morning to talk about the free event, which will be held on May 11 from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. The festival, held at 200 Taunton Family Rd. in Wewahitcka, Fla., will feature volleyball, frisbee golf, bounce houses, live music and more.
For more information, you can call Diana Taunton at 850-819-0451 or Brian Baber at 258-8587.
