A Missouri man faces criminal charges for allegedly having an ongoing sexual relationship with a teenage girl.

Panama City Beach police arrested Benjamin Isaiah Miller, 24, of Joplin, Missouri early Saturday morning in an empty lot at the intersection of Henry Avenue and Panama City Beach Parkway.

According to a PCBPD news release, Miller admitted being involved in a relationship with the 16-year-old and even bragged that he had sex with the minor every day for a three week period.

Miller was charged with unlawful sexual activity with a minor and booked into the Bay County Jail.

Police said it appears the relationship was consensual but the investigation is ongoing.
