Port St. Joe Man Charged with Marijuana Cultivation

A Port St. Joe man is charged with cultivating marijuana at his home.

According to the Port St. Joe Police Department, 55-year-old Robert Kupsch of 2008 Marvin Avenue was growing marijuana in his backyard.

A search warrant allowed officers from the PSJ Police Department and the Gulf County Sheriff's Office Special Investigations unit to enter the home and confiscate 14 marijuana plants.

Kupsch was charged with cultivation of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
