Former Bay High School and Florida Sate Seminole Bert Reed has jumped around the NFL after going undrafted in 2012. Friday morning, it was revealed that no matter who he suits up for in the future, he'll have to serve a four game suspension to start things off.
The wide receiver's suspension was announced Friday by the NFL, with a reason for the suspension not known. Reed entered the league as an undrafted free agent, initially signing with Cleveland but failed to make the roster. He then joined the Tampa Bay Bucs as a member of the practice squad, but was cut a few days later. Reed then headed west to Denver, where he was also cut before making the Pittsburgh Steeler's practice squad in November, where he remained until the NFL Draft in April.
