Posted: Updated:

The Bay County Sheriff's Office announced the arrest today of a suspect in a credit card fraud case. Angela Crumb called BCSO Investigator Craig Romans to turn herself in after seeing video in the local media documenting her use of stolen credit cards to make purchases at local  businesses.

When pictures and video of the suspect appeared in the media, the BCSO received several leads on the suspect's identity. But before Investigator Romans could follow up, Crumb called him and stated she was the suspect seen using the credit cards.

Crumb stated she found the wallet containing the cards in the parking lot of Gulf Coast Electric Co-op. She took several of the cards and used them to make purchases totaling over $700.

Crumb, DOB 4/16/74, of 15220 Banks Drive, Southport, was arrested and charged with Fraudulent Use of a Credit Card and Grand Theft.
