Murder/Suicide Hanging Under Investigation in Calhoun County
The Calhoun County Sheriffs Office is currently investigating what we believe to be a murder/suicide.
On Monday October 7, 2013 two Hispanic migrant workers were located deceased at a watermelon farm off of Whitewater Grade in Clarksville. The deceased are a thirty three year old adult male and one fifteen year old juvenile female. The cause of death of both individuals is hanging.
The case is being investigated by Lt. Jared Nichols of the Calhoun County Sheriffs Office, Special Agents with FDLE and the Medical Examiners Office. Identities are not being released at this time.
