The Bay County Sheriff's Office will hold shopping night for Project 25 tomorrow evening, December 10, 2013, at the Wal-Mart in Callaway at 6 PM.
Project 25 is the annual toy drive at the BCSO. Project 25 supplies needy children up to age 12 with toys for Christmas.
This year volunteers are invited to help shop for the needy children on the Project 25 list. Everyone who would like to participate is asked to gather inside Wal-Mart in Callaway shortly before 6 PM Tuesday evening to await instructions. Shopping starts at 6 PM. Volunteer shoppers can shop for one or more children, spending the cash donations gathered through the year for the toy drive.
Toys are bundled into bags and are taken to the Bay County Sheriff's Office for parents of the children on the list to pick up before Christmas.
Donations of new, unwrapped Christmas Toys and cash donations for Project 25 will still be accepted up to Christmas Eve.
