The Panama City Beach Police Department has arrested a Beach man on robbery charges.
According to the Beach PD, 23-year-old Nikolas Subbotin Nicolaevitsch was charged with two counts of robbery and one count of tampering with a victim.
Police say that their investigation shows that Nicolaevitsch robbed the Party Shack at 10600 Front Beach Road, armed with what appeared to be a firearm. After the clerk gave him an undisclosed amount of money, the suspect fled the store with the clerk in pursuit.
Nicolaevitsch pulled an electronic stun device and repeatedly stunned the clerk, then kicked her and took the phone from her.
Officers captured Nicolaevitsch in the parking garage at the Shores of Panama. He was booked into the Bay County Jail.
