FDOT to Host Public Meeting on State Road 77 Resurfacing
The Florida Department of Transportation (FDOT) will hold a public information meeting regarding the upcoming resurfacing project for State Road (S.R.) 77 from S.R. 75 (U.S. 231) in Panama City to the Bailey Bridge in Lynn Haven. The meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, Jan. 21 from 5:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. at the Tom P. Haney Technical Center Cafeteria, 3016 Highway 77, Panama City.
In addition to resurfacing, FDOT plans to remove and replace sidewalks, replace curb and gutter and install new signage. Work is slated to begin February 2014 on the five mile project and end fall 2014.
Maps, drawings, and other information will be displayed at the public meeting. There will be no formal presentation. FDOT representatives will be available to answer questions and explain improvements. Public participation is solicited without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, religion, disability, or family status.
