The family of a teen injured after her parasail crashed into the side of a Panama City Beach condo is suing the operator of the excursion and the condo selling the opportunity.
According to the Bay County Clerk of Courts, the parents of Alexis Fairchild hired Chalik and Chalik injury attorneys to handle their lawsuit against Aquatic Adventures Management Group incorporated.
The filing alleges negligence and damages after the July first accident. The lawsuit also involves Treasure Island Resorts who rented the condo and offered the parasailing excursion. Fairchild's family is suing both parties for damages in excess of $15,000.
