State Road 77 Construction Project Begins Next Week
A $4.5 million project to resurface State Road (S.R.) 77 from S.R. 75 (U.S. 231) in Panama City to the Bailey Bridge in Lynn Haven begins soon.
Crews will begin installing construction signage along the corridor the week of Jan. 27. In addition to resurfacing, FDOT plans to remove and replace sidewalks, replace curb and gutter and install new signs.
Nighttime lane closures will begin February 2014 along the five mile project. Access to businesses and driveways will be maintained. The entire project is slated for completion fall 2014.
Construction activities are weather dependent and may be delayed or re-scheduled in the event of inclement weather. For more Florida Department of Transportation District Three information follow us on twitter @myfdot_nwfl.
