UPDATE: The Crestview Police Department is asking for the assistance of the public in locating 3 year old Emmanuel Menz, who was abducted on the morning of March 06, 2014, from the Burger King located on South Ferdon Boulevard in Crestview.
The Crestview Police Department has arrest warrants for Karl R. Menz and Virginia M. Lynch, who abducted the child during a supervised visit. Neither have custodial rights to Emmanuel. The last known vehicle used by the two was a 2013 Uhaul Van that looks similar to the one above..
Karl Menz and Virginia Lynch are known to frequent campgrounds. They must be obtaining provisions, and may be seen in grocery stores, truck stops, convenience stores, pharmacies restaurants, specifically fast food restaurants. Emmanuel has autistic characteristics and requires medication for severe asthma. Emmanuel prefers to play in Burger King Play areas, as a method of comfort for his condition. Karl Menz may be using un-restricted WiFi to obtain internet access.

UPDATE: The Crestview Police Department is updating information regarding the child abduction from Thursday.
The vehicle believed to be used by the two suspects has changed. Early this morning, the Crestview Police Department located the suspect vehicle (2009 Dodge Caravan) Parked at the rear of Cracker Barrel in Crestview.
It has been discovered that the suspects have rented a 2013 Ford F250 Uhaul Van, which was believed to have been parked at the Cracker Barrel before the abduction. After Emmanuel Menz was taken from the Burger King, it is believed the two suspects Karl R. Menz and Virginia M. Lynch, relocated to the Cracker Barrel, and then departed the area in the Uhaul Van, traveling in an unknown direction of travel.
The Uhaul van has an Arizona Tag of AE86502. The Uhaul Van has an identifying number of: BE5700R, and should be clearly displayed on all sides of the vehicle.
A direction of travel and/or current location remain unknown at this time. Any additional information as it becomes available, will be provided in future releases.

The Crestview Police Department is seeking immediate assistance of the public in locating 3 year old Emmanuel Menz, who was abducted from the Burger King located at 3210 South Ferdon Boulevard in Crestview at approximately 11:15 a.m. this morning, during a supervised visit with the Department of Children and Families at that location.
Emmanuel's father and mother, Karl R. Menz and Virginia M. Lynch, DO NOT have custodial rights to Emmanuel, and the child is currently in foster care. Karl Menz and Virginia Lynch, departed from Burger King with Emmanuel driving in an unknown direction of travel and driving an unknown vehicle.
Emmanuel is autistic and may not able to communicate clearly. ( We are working with local business to obtain possible video of the vehicle used in the abduction.) UPDATES WILL BE PROVIDED AS SOON AS THE ARE AVAILIBLE!
