Power companies serving the Panhandle Area have reported outages throughout the morning.

Gulf Power
According to the company's website, the impact is as follows: 430 customers in Bay County, 5 in Holmes County, 15 in Jackson County, 382 in Washington County and 665 in Walton County. There's an up-to-date list available on their online Outage Map.

Gulf Coast Electric Cooperative
Weather conditions are allowing restoration work to begin. Approximately 1,000 GCEC members are currently without power. Again, we appreciate the patience and understanding of our members as our employees work as quickly, yet as safely, as possible.

West Florida Electric Cooperative
All of WFEC's outages have now been repaired. If you are still experiencing an outage, please call (800) 342-7400 to report it. Thank you for your patience as we worked throughout the night last night and today to repair damage caused by tornadoes, strong winds, heavy rain and downed trees.

Approximately 61 CHELCO members are without power as of 4:15 p.m. Wednesday due to rain, wind and lighting. At that time there were 7 outages across CHELCO’s service territory.
