Arnold Baseball Coach Resigns

Posted: Updated:
Arnold Marlin Baseball Coach Mitch Kelly has announced that he is resigning as the Marlins baseball coach.

Kelly told his players that he will not be returning as head coach next year.
The news does not come as a shock to those involved with the program as there has been some concern about the program over the last couple of years.

Kelly took over as head coach of the varsity baseball team back in 2007 and since then the team has had only one winning season.
Over the last two years the Marlins record is 8-35 and they only won three district games.  Arnold officials will now begin looking for his replacement.
