It's been just under ten years since a Panama City Beach Police Officer was killed in the line of duty.

Every year since his death hundreds of motorcycles participating in the thunder beach event come together in honor of his memory. 364 bikes lined middle beach road for the start of the annual Sergeant Kevin Kight Memorial ride.

Each thunder beach biker showing their support for him and his family, and to all law enforcement officers helping to keep their communities safe. Corporal Chris Boyer was one of the first person to Kight the night he was killed.
