Carmen Folds already works one of the most difficult jobs there is being a mother of two, but she has never missed a Mother's Day on the job either. Aside from her gig as a mom, Folds works as a waitress at Bayou Joe's in Panama City.

Today, her boss gave her a little token of appreciation for always working on this special day.

Folds says she does miss spending the day with her kids... But being at work gives her a chance to show appreciation to other moms who are also enjoying their day.

"Well, it's kind of a bummer because I can't spend time with my children," said Folds. "But, I do spend time with my children after work, but coming in here and seeing all the families, and serving the mom's that work so hard all year, that's a reward all on it's own."
Bayou Joe's employs more than five mothers at their restaurant in Panama City.
