Epidemiology staff members from the Florida Department of Health in Bay County and other departments statewide, along with community partners, will be participants in a Mosquito-borne Illness Emergency Response Exercise from Tuesday, May 20 through Wednesday May 21, 2014 in the following neighborhoods; Kingspoint, Northshore, St. Andrews and Lynn Haven.
These targeted neighborhoods are notified that an infection control strike team will be going door-to-door to conduct a mosquito survey and provide mosquito-borne disease prevention information as part of their emergency response training.
